Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Account & Relationship Management:



Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with category and key account teams at all major quick-commerce platforms.

Business Growth & P&L Ownership:



o Own and deliver the P&L for the quick commerce channel, achieving monthly revenue and growth targets.

o Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Platform Operations & Visibility:



o Drive product listing, ensure optimal availability, and strategically enhance brand visibility across all platforms.

o Manage catalogue, content accuracy (images, descriptions), and ensure platform hygiene.

Marketing & Promotions:



o Plan and align marketing calendars with platform partners, including managing visibility campaigns, search ads (PLAs), and other promotional initiatives.

o Optimize advertising spends (ROAS) and monitor performance marketing efforts to ensure efficient customer acquisition and retention.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:



o Ensure timely and accurate execution of Purchase Orders (POs) with high fill rates,

coordinating closely with internal supply chain and operations teams.

o Minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations through accurate sales forecasting and

demand planning.

Financial Reconciliation & Leakage Control:



o Identify and resolve financial discrepancies related to payouts, commissions, refunds,

chargebacks, shipping costs, and platform fees.

o Monitor and resolve revenue leakage caused by missed or misallocated transactions,

ensuring every cent is accurately booked.

o Own the end-to-end reconciliation process collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely month-end closing.

Analytics & Reporting:



o Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, market trends, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights.

o Prepare and present regular performance reports, business reviews, and sales forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
