About Us:

Nespresso is a fast-growing D2C brand focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through our website and other digital platforms. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our D2C Operations team.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, delivery efficiency, and smooth website operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

Process customer orders from our D2C website and other platforms. Handle payment reconciliation and ensure accuracy in transactions. Create waybills, invoices, and share with relevant stakeholders. Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process.

Logistics & Delivery Tracking:

Maintain a delivery tracker to monitor shipments and measure delivery efficiency. Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve exceptions and delays.

Website Operations:

Assist in setting up promotional offers on the website. Support UI/UX updates (no coding required). Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure smooth execution of website changes.

What We're Looking For:

MBA student (Operations, Marketing, or General Management preferred). Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced D2C environment.
