Job Description


Excellent opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical company in E-Commerce. A great role to lead and excel in E-Commerce and Performance Marketing. Enclosed below are the key responsibilities in this role : End to end management of all the marketplaces such as Amazon, Flicked etc. to deliver strong revenue growth in line with monthly & annual business targets and good understanding of OTC segment. Review all market place portals & formulate overall growth plan of action to boost sales & product visibility. Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets. Review Product listings, existing catalogue quality for better ranking & more visibility (organic & paid). Review current paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart & other market place. Drive overall customer experience. Analysing market trends according to customer demand, competitors offering and recommendation for introducing new & top selling products in similar category. Cross functional working with various departments (Finance, Purchase, Ware-House and Art Work & New Product Development). Ensure accuracy/high quality of content on all platforms. Monitoring sales returns and Account Health. Dispute and Discrepancy management. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Constantly engage with existing marketplaces and build strong relationships with market place SPOCs & category managers to drive higher preference for our brand. Identify high potential strategic partnerships and build pipeline of new partners. The Successful Applicant We are looking for enclosed below skills and experience in the candidates : Min 10+ years of experience in E-commerce domain with in depth knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart. An ideal candidate for the Ecommerce position is an organized, analytical person with strong technical skills. Should be able to multitask effectively and a problem-solver. Successfully manage a team of people and delegate tasks based on skills. Must be able to clearly describe job duties to team members, and lay out plans to the management. Expert written and verbal communication is the key to getting ideas across. Target and achievement oriented with an ability to take up challenges and perform in changing work environment. Unique blend of analytical and operational skills with a vision to fully utilise all the skills to put it progressive.
