Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Operations

Process and manage website orders from purchase to delivery Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely fulfillment Monitor inventory and update website stock levels Handle order-related issues, returns, and exchanges

Customer Communication

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media Provide order updates, tracking information, and post-purchase support Resolve complaints and escalate issues when needed

Content Creation

Design banners and promotional graphics (Canva/Adobe tools) Create short-form videos/reels for social media and website Edit and optimize visual content for different platforms Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Platform & Analytics

Update product listings, images, and promotions on e-commerce site Track performance metrics (sales, engagement, conversions) Prepare reports on order volume, customer feedback, and content reach

Requirements

1-3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools Experience with Shopify platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Coordinate with dispatch and production departments
