Global e-commerce product team is a global team responsible for providing the overall technical solutions that power global e-commerce business scenarios for Medical and Pharmaceutical businesses. We are actively looking for Tech Lead Managers to help grow our team and product. What you will do: Responsible for building up and managing the Global Ecommerce platform Tech teams. Responsible for designing the architecture of technical solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team. Constantly strive to improve software development process and team productivity. Align with product and org objectives and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results. Deliver direct value to the customer and not just stop with internal delivery. Be a great Engineer himself/herself Qualifications. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. 12+ years of experience as an engineer or a lead 5 years managing or tech-leading a software engineering team. 5+ years of large-scale Ecommerce system development experience on HCL Commerce (Web apps and Mobile) SAP hybris experience is a plus.
