Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes which includes invoicing, payment tracking, customer account reconciliation, ensuring timely payments from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and Nykaa.
Perform periodic reconciliations, prepare and analyse financial reports. Maintain accurate records of all e-commerce transactions.
Involves ensuring compliance with GST, TDS and other regulatory requirements.
Handling tax filings and maintaining audit documentation.
Will work closely with e-commerce account managers to resolve payment disputes, chargebacks and monitor commission rates and deductions.
Will analyse sales and transaction data, provide insights for operational improvements and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and profitability while staying updated on industry best practices.
Core Competencies
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with major e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
