Bready* to make a change: Easy Pay commercial hardware leases are an essential \'payment method\' and customer acquisition tool leveraged by our Sales team. The EasyPay operations team has been critical in enabling the success of this program. Reporting to the Lending Manager, the Easy Pay Specialist I will contribute to day-to-day lease operations while consistently demonstrating thorough and detailed communication with cross-functional internal teams, customers, and the Toast sales team. This role is responsible for validating lease documentation and processing lease updates, and will leverage best practices, data analysis, and subject matter expertise to ensure the customer experience is seamless. Our goal is to continuously increase adoption of our alternate payment solutions to allow customers to keep cash on hand, and this role provides the opportunity to make an impact on the growth of the program and Toast\'s long-term success. About this role *: Undertake various transaction processing activities in accordance with internal procedures and SLAs Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, consistently references and follows process steps as outlined, and double-checks the accuracy of information and inputs in order to minimize processing errors Address issues, concerns, and inquiries related to potential or outstanding transactions in a consistently customer-centric way Leverage data sets to track lease statuses and required customer communications Liaise with internal Toast partners such as Billing Ops, Business Operations, Sales, and Program Management to resolve transaction-related issues Participate in some process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Easy Pay leadership Do you have the right ingredients* 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial services sector or experience in a billing or accounts receivable position Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail Highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable Customer-service mindset: energized by helping others Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity using Salesforce and Google Sheets to complete day-to-day tasks We are Toasters Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is Baked into our Recipe for Success.
