Job Description

Child development and education: Plan, organize, and conduct activities to support the development of speech, motor skills, social interaction, and other skills. Support both child-led and adult-led activities based on each child's needs and interests. Provide educational programs and purposeful play opportunities. Safety and wellbeing: Ensure the health, safety, and security of children and staff by following policies and procedures. Be aware of safeguarding and child protection issues and know how to respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies. Uphold and promote high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Personal care: Provide sensitive and respectful personal care, including feeding, changing nappies, and assisting with toileting. Encourage good eating habits and personal hygiene. Observation and assessment: Support the observation and assessment of each child's progress. Contribute to the child's learning experiences. Teamwork and communication: Work as part of a team to ensure a consistent and supportive environment. Liaise with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being. Collaborate with other professionals and colleagues to meet individual needs. Key Worker role: May be responsible for a small group of children as a "Key Worker," focusing on building strong relationships with them and their families.

Pay: ₹18,046.74 - ₹35,577.88 per month
