Job Description

Job responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Manage monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling of director.

\xc2\xb7 Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)

\xc2\xb7 Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering document, logistics of meetings.

\xc2\xb7 Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate travel arrangements fordirector including expense report settlements

\xc2\xb7 Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate visit planning for key stakeholders of director

\xc2\xb7 Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Skills & Qualification :

\xc2\xb7 Proactiveness, agility, rapid response rate and flexibility (time) is key for this role

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english)

\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills - ability to connect with multiple senior leaders.

\xc2\xb7 Time-management skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to pay attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Organization skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask

\xc2\xb7 Hospitality management for visitors.

\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Power Point
