We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. Introduction:

PCIR is an industry wide initiative that involves responding to assurance requirements from Internal Audit all the way to External Consultants appointed by Central Banks. In addition, it requires clear reporting to senior stakeholder about the current state of testing. This role will help create and maintain a Governance and Reporting framework that allows for robust response to these requirements.

aAEURAa, a, a, Assess the Governance and Reporting requirements and support Program Test Manager in defining a framework to fulfil the requirements
aAEURAa, a, a, Work closely with Programme Test Manager and TC Test Leads in implementing the framework
aAEURAa, a, a, Preparing and maintaining Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Execution Reporting, Test Closure Document, Test Assurance and External Communications
aAEURAa, a, a, Responsibility for helping to drive development of the different testing disciplines including functional testing, non-functional testing, automation, data & environments

a, What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have experience in managing Testing services for medium-scale programmes and projects
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have detailed functional and non-functional Testing knowledge and extensive knowledge of the test lifecycle and of relevant testing techniques
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have experience in defining and rolling out strategies/frameworks and governing the performance of it through appropriate metrics
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have leadership level experience of engaging multiple senior stakeholders within technology and business.
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have extensive understanding of Defect management processes
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have extensive knowledge of Test estimation techniques, approaches and processes
aAEURAa, a, a, Must have extensive knowledge of Data/document management (Confluence)

Skills that will help you in the rolea,
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience of executing complex E2E testing including connectivity with external interfaces
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in dealing with internal/external audit/assurance bodies
aAEURAa, a, a, Knowledge of Global Payments and Settlement Schemes e.g.: CHAPS, EURO, SWIFT, FPS etc
aAEURAa, a, a, Knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 message formats
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience of analysing project documentation to extract requirements, system functions and other features to be testeda,
aAEURAa, a, a, Experience of using test management tools (e.g. JIRA) to manage testing activity and to provide testing metrics
aAEURAa, a, a, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
aAEURAa, a, a, Flexible and pragmatic approach to changes on projects
