We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Quality Assurance and Testing Analyst to join our Pershing X team. This role is located in Pune- HYBRID model.

Pershing X is a technology company pioneering an interoperable, multi-custodial platform that unifies the core areas of wealth management. Launched in 2021, Pershing X uses its capabilities in technology design and data consolidation, and access to investment management solutions to simplify complexities found in managing an advisory business\xe2\x80\x94thereby enabling wealth management professionals to increase productivity and service their clients with a seamless end-to-end experience. Formed on a foundation built and backed by a leading global bank, Pershing X is on a mission to help wealth management professionals achieve efficiency and scale, so that they can spend more time with their clients and help more people.

This opportunity is for a Senior Associate position on the Pershing X Product testing team, who will test the WOVE Platform of Pershing X. We are looking for direct experience with managed accounts.

QE Standards:

• DLC Monthly Artifacts (Test Completion Report) in SharePoint
• Test Scripts (BDD Template) & Defects tracked in JIRA DC
• Test Script Peer reviews
• Test Execution
• QE performs test region(s) functional/regression/performance in preparation for Release.
• QAM performs Production testing
• Defect triage with applicable POD members
• Test Signoff
• Wealth Management Domain Experience

Business Testers Responsibilities may include:

• Adhere to above QE Standards
• Functional testing for client specific deliverables
• Liaison for Client Testing
• Additional coverage where there are QE resource constraints or access limitations
• Compliment QE Testers to drive a better client experience with higher quality (i.e. End2End Testing, Client Conversions, Client Implementations)
• Coordinate with Product in creation of User Journey, leveraged for Test Scripts and Acceptance Criteria

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of strong testing work experience required
• Test Automation experience
• Knowledge of Programming language (Basic SQL)
• Capability to define a comprehensive testing strategy
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects or programs
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Selenium
