Role: Dynatrace Consultant Experience: 5+ years (2 Years relevant) Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune for first 2 months, later Dubai Onsite for 12 months Notice Period: 0-30 Days Work Mode: Onsite : Your Compass consultants worked with companies ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the USA, Canada, and the Middle East, and with clients in a variety of industries such as Petroleum, Banking, Information Technology, Professional Development Services, Education, and Government. You will have the opportunity to provide vision and leadership while delivering Dynatrace solutions to enable customer success. As a Dynatrace Consultant, you will work closely with customers in different verticals instrumenting, installing, configuring, and support Dynatrace Solution. The team you will work with is collaborative. They are problem solvers, listeners, facilitators, guides, and advisors. Job Responsibilities: Implementing and ensuring successful adoption of Dynatrace in customer environments. Provide support services that maintain and develop the adoption of the Dynatrace solution in customer environments. Consult with customers to understand their business and technical goals. Work closely with sales to lead pre-sales engagement with customers by providing demos and technical due diligence. Install and configure Dynatrace products in Production, Non-production environments with best practices. Build and enhance dashboards and alerts to meet customer requirements. Analyze performance data and assist with performance troubleshooting/tuning of customer applications, architecture, and practices using Dynatrace. Build relationships that support the successful adoption and integration of Dynatrace APM products throughout the application lifecycle. Mentor and train customers on Dynatrace technology and best practices. Help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance issues. Serve as subject matter expert on Dynatrace APM techniques and best practices. Continuously increasing the maturity of an organization by optimizing processes regarding performance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related fields. 5+ Years experience in the Information Technology sector. focusing on Application performance is preferred. 2+ Years of experience in Dynatrace solutions is a must. Dynatrace Associate Certificate is a must, Dynatrace Professional Certificate is preferred, and Dynatrace Services Delivery/Observability Certificate is an added advantage. Having a solid knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms. Understanding of Application and systems performance management, measurement, and analysis. Understanding of application platforms, including network, database, runtime, application, and user interface. Implemented Dynatrace on different cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Implemented Dynatrace on different container platforms like Kubernetes and Openshift. Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude. Demonstrated experience with data visualization via charts and dashboards, including appropriate use of granular and aggregate data. Excellent presentation skills and an ability to adapt to the audience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is a big advantage. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, and MSSQL is an added advantage. Any prior experience in any other monitoring solutions is an added advantage. Experience with REST APIs is an added advantage. Programming experience in an enterprise application development environment is an added advantage. Experience in web development with one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, AJAX, and other JavaScript JSON frameworks is an added advantage. Experience with enterprise application technologies (J2EE, .NET, IIS, WebSphere, JBoss EAP, Oracle WebLogic) is an added advantage.
