Dynatrace Consultant
Location: PCS CA, Toronto

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Consultant with extensive experience in full orchestration across all monitoring phases, including Infrastructure, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Operating Systems, Databases, and Incident Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow and JIRA, and will leverage Dynatrace Davis AI to enhance observability and incident response.
Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Dynatrace solutions across various monitoring phases.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and JIRA for streamlined incident management.
• Utilize Dynatrace Davis AI to optimize performance and predictive analytics.
• Develop and manage Dynatrace Service Reliability Goals (SRG) and workflows, integrating them into deployment pipelines for effective go/no-go decision-making.
• Create and maintain business-centric dashboards using the Dynatrace WCCS framework for end-to-end observability.
• Establish alerts and thresholds based on SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs, focusing on golden signals across application, web, and database tiers.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Dynatrace orchestration across Infra, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, OS, DB, and Incident Management.
• Proficient in integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Expert knowledge of Dynatrace Davis AI.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace SRG, workflows, and deployment pipeline integration.
• Proficient in Dynatrace WCCS framework (Gen-3 Dashboards).
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and golden signals.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace DQL.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud environments and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Dynatrace consultancy and SRE practices.
• Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
