We are looking for a talented person who can help us implement the new service. You will be able to participate in software design, development, and all technical aspects of the project\'s lifecycle. There is close cooperation with other developers and business colleagues on a daily basis. ABOUT THE ROLE: Working closing with CoE team. Helping on design, development of business logic & customizations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Helping on architecture & implementation on integration layer to connect existing solutions and develop new possibilities. Involvement in early stages of analysis & design of the solutions. Communicating with a distributed team. YOUR WORK: Interact with members of the IT community and business to address build/project topics and in the future also run. Continuously learning of the technology followed by Microsoft Dynamics certification. Provide service consultation, guidance and problem solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues. Deliver assigned services according to agreed SLA\'s (TRT, Availability, and Performance). Act as operational point of contact for all RUN related aspects of the service (Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, SW patching etc.). Support internal improvement initiatives to continuously improve the service. Follow quality standards and policies. Follow Security standards and policies. YOU SHOULD HAVE: Experience 5+ years. Primary Skillset: Customization and Configuration of Dynamics 365 CE/Sales & Power Platform. Secondary Skillset: Development stack used to build custom solutions on top of D365/Power Platform example: Azure web jobs, functions, data factory, queues, etc. Focus on: D365/Power Platform Integrations, Customization, Configuration, Source Control, application lifecycle management, etc. Experience in the following: - Working with GIT, Source Control, Branching, Pull/Push/Review and Items in DevOps. - Managing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics365 / Power Platform solutions. - Managing and customizing Azure Development Stack on top of Power Platform for Integrations. - Azure DevOps & Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD). - Application Lifecycle Management (Managing Solution dependencies and solution layering). - C# - Configuration of CRM Platform. OTHERS: Team player. Ability to work under pressure, independently, with self-motivation and self-confidence. Ability to work occasionally on weekends (on-call support).
