Responsible for the Admin activities of multiple D365 CRM environments. Triage user issues in EMEA timezone while main development team is offline and hand off tickets aiming for continuous user support.Job Summary:Partner with Developers, Architects, and Business Users to build, package, and deploy custom solutions to D365 CRM. Ensure latest company security protocols are applied to development and production environments. Reporting on system usage across all access points. Develop technical design documentation as continued enhancements are made to the system.Essential Functions & Accountabilities: This role will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform across multiple environments Participate in the delivery of minor/major releases Collaborate with the Development Team to develop and deploy custom solutions to the environment during specific maintenance windows outside of business hours Collaborate with Business Users to gather requirements and aid in solutioning Collaborate with IT department to resolve user issues adhering to department policies and procedures Develop Reporting tools for Tenant and environment status for management review Create and maintain documentation which may include functional requirements, technical design, test scripts/results, IT proceduresQualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Modules) Power Platform Admin Center Proficiency with customizing and deploying solutions in Microsoft DynamicsExperience: 3-5 years experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Modules) Power Platform Admin Center Experience Azure DevOps Experience PowerBI Experience SharePoint Experience Dual Write Experience a plus Party Model Experience a plus
