Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the following:Talent Acquisition
Optimization of various sources
Outsourcing & Contract administration
Controlling entire recruitment process and maintenance of TAT
Principal Accountabilities: Recruitment
Lead time control
Using effective methodologies to bring down cost
Ensuring smooth joining formalities
Liasoning with recruitment agencies
Pre employment medical check ups
Reference check up
Fitment and salary negotiation
Offer & acceptance
Ramp plan preparation and on boarding
Should be MBA in HR
6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experience in the HR field, Experience in Telecom, IT, ITES, Hiring experience is a must and should be working in good reputed company.
Good communication skills
Good analytical abilities
