Pre employment medical check ups
Reference check up
Fitment and salary negotiation
Offer & acceptance
Ramp plan preparation and on boarding
Should be MBA in HR
6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experience in the HR field, Experience in Telecom, IT, ITES, Hiring experience is a must and should be working in good reputed company.
