Manager \xe2\x80\x93 HR & ADMIN Department: HR Salary: As per Industry Standards Job Location: Injambakkam, Chennai Age Limit: 35 to 45 years Job description > Hiring all Target group like Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, Officers, Operators, Helpers & Contract Labors to determine staffing needs. > Uploading the Job details in various social media like Naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn etc > Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / colleges / Pamphlets etc. > Shortlisting the employees and conduct the Interview. > Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes > Performing in-person and phone interviews and Virtual interview with candidates > Performing reference and background checks & Document verification > Work with hiring employees to create job description > Recruitment through Campus interview > Experience in Mass unskilled Lab our Recruitment > Preferred candidate from manufacturing industry in End-to-End recruitment process > Other knowledge on Statuary, Admin, Liaison with Govt. Official, Employee Grievance Handling etc. > Statutory Complaints > Employee Handling > Attendance > Payroll > PT & CT > ESI & EPF > Grievance Handling > Liaison with Govt. Department etc. > Factory License etc. Qualification: MBA \xe2\x80\x93 HR / MSW No. of years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience: 10 - 15 Years Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
