JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Deputy Manager Department: Electrical Qualification: B.E in Electrical Engineering Work Experience: 7 to 8 years Industry: Construction, Engineering, Industrial Building Work Location: Anywhere in India Role: Construction management Technical Job Requirements:
- Should have experience in execution of all electrical works in
- Should have a valid C license holder
- Hands on Experience in power transformers, Substations, DG sets,
- Conducting tests and inspections of electrical systems and
- Recording measurements and certification of work done as per
- Ability to identify the faults independently and attend to works in
- To validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative
- Able to review specifications of tender and implement work as per
review or Inspection
- Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP
- Should have experience in quality document management system
- Experience in dealing with Contractors/Consultants & Clients
- Should have knowledge of P.E.B. Structure erection & general
completion of the project

- Will be responsible for completing the assigned works within
- Will have to solve technical problems to ensure speedy and smooth
- Need to coordinate with other departments like Civil/MEP & other
- Must be technically sound on Project execution, Monitoring and
- Should be able to take proper decision to mobilise the work
Contractors
- Daily/ Weekly review meeting with Contractors for project planning
- Weekly report to Project Manager about progress & target
- Candidate should be interested to traveling anywhere in India for
- Should be able to solve project related difficulties including drawing,
Soft Skills Requirements:
- Around 7 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
- Experience in email communication & related correspondence
- Good knowledge in Auto Cad (Electrical)
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power point
