Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Electronics circuit design and hardware selection. Electronics circuit design and hardware selection to meet performance requirement MIL standard requirements. PCB layout, Gerber design and low-level programming. 2. Electronics system integration Integration of different of-the-shelf sub systems with necessary modification to meet system requirement. Design interface electronics, work on serial bus communication and PLC programming. 3. Selection of technology partner and Interaction with different suppliers for system development. Shortlisting, interaction and coordination with respective electronics system suppliers. 4. BOM, Drawings, Technology Release Should have working knowledge of PLM. Establish Robust DMU checking process and Design Verification on system. Design Releases, system performance monitoring in Design as well as on proto. 5. Problem Solving & Communication skills"Involvement in proto build, physical integration, testing to resolute issues and product concerns. Establish live interface with other Departments. 6. Support for sales enquiries Should be able to analyse product requirement coming from Enquiries/Tenders & the study feasibility. Recommend System specification based on system analysis Performance Measures Functional Competencies

• Design & Development of Analog circuits, Converter, Inverter, Battery Charger, Motor Drives

• Preparation of Circuit Schematics, BOM, Wiring Charts, Test Procedures & uploading in PLM tool.

• Testing of Developed subsystems & integrated testing with other systems.

• Knowledge of Electronics / power Electronics Components, such as Op-Amp IGBT, MOSFET, DIODES, Transformer, Induction motors, Lithium Batteries etc is essential.

• Should have knowledge of testing tools such as Digital storage oscilloscope, Digital Mutimeter, Power Supplies etc.

• Circuit design tools such as Orcad (preferred) , Pads PCB (Good to Know), Microsoft Visio (Good to Know) etc & familiarity with AutoCAD & 3D tool such as Solid Edge

• Simulation Software such as PSIM, MATLAB, Proteus etc * Knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques

• Microprocessor / FPGA Experience - TI, ARM, NXP, NVidia, Xilinx, Altera FPGA & STM32 Micro-controllers

• Experience in Test and Debug - Board Bring Up, Interface testing, Level zero coding

• understanding of Firmware and Software development

• Experience in communication Protocols 1553B, 422, 485, 232, I2C, CAN and ethernet

• Understanding of MIL grade harness.

• Should be familiar with Environment Stress Screening of Electronics Equipment, EMI EMC MIL STD 461, JSS55555 and other related MIL standards & Test Methods"
