Role and Responsibilities Supervise daily administrative operations of hospital. Dealing with enquiries from public, press and related organisations. Investigate and or channel complaints or problems to Head Medical Services All verbal and written complaints to be investigated and responded in a timely manner and summary to be presented to Head- Medical Services. Assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families, and staff. Stay up to date with Hospital Legal Requirements. Coordinate with various outside referral doctors & hospitals Maintain and organise employee records. Conduct induction for new employees at hospital. Analyse incidence / conflict if any, through CCTV surveillance and make reports. Coordinate with Police, District Health Administration, and other relevant Government agencies. Maintain contacts and hold consultations to preserve harmonious relation between TCL management and contractor employees. Develop and implement effective programs to improve ongoing Community health services & Family Planning programs through community mobilisation. Handle and provide needs of sick employees and their dependants, including ambulance, referred to other Hospitals. Planning strategies for conducting medical camps in the communities. liaise with other departments regarding routine maintenance of Hospital. Responsible for the assessment and implementation of ongoing Vaccination Programs. Understanding key stakeholders\' requirement & fulfilling those within the company policy. Qualifications Education: Degree in hospital administration with minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field OR Any degree / diploma / certificate with 10-15 years of relevant experience in public relations & liaison with various government agencies and the communities.
