Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager (Front Office) to join our team at our Resort in Eklingji, Udaipur. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the front office operations and ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and room occupancy
• Monitor and control room inventory and room rates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office management position in a hotel or resort setting
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
