Company Description Alila Fort Bishangarh is a heritage resort located in Jaipur, accessible from both Delhi and Jaipur. The resort\'s architecture is a unique example of Jaipur Gharana architecture influenced by both the Mughals and the British. The original fort is left intact, with much care given to ecological restoration and the reconstruction of new residential areas. The resort offers luxurious royal suites, lavish public areas, and charming Bishangarh village and its havelis (mansions). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Duty Manager at Alila Fort Bishangarh in Jaipur. The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and addressing any guest complaints or issues. The Duty Manager is responsible for implementing and enforcing all resort policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role Excellent communication and leadership skills An eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends as needed A degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field is preferred Knowledge of local culture and customs is a plus
