We are seeking innovative and dedicated partners to help us reach new heights in the entertainment industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Bhiwadi. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations at the cinema, including staff schedules, customer service, and facility maintenance. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers at the cinema. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the cinema, hospitality or retail industries is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
