1. Develop & implement the company\'s HR policies and operational strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of the Organization.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing and resolving grievances, and issues.
3. Supervising, assisting, and participating in the recruitment and administration process.
4. Nurture a positive working environment
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Prepare and follow the Training Calendar.
7. Ensure regular updating of employee records (both hard and soft copies), mainly on ERP.
8. Ensure 100% implementation of ERP by all employees.
9. Practice HR Analytics to track various patterns and trends as well as analyze employee behavior and provide reports to the Management to plan strategic growth of the organization.
10. Independently handle the onboarding and induction process of new joiners along with the team.
11. Organize and coordinate meetings, training, events, surveys, etc. And take MOM
12. Prepare & manage all documentation of employee life cycle viz; offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, appraisal letter, etc.
13. Ensure a smooth exit process
14. Manage and communicate all public affairs
15. Oversee the administration and implementation of the ERP software
16. Develop and deliver presentations on various aspects including but not limited to service quality, safety policy, company welfare, etc.
17. Promptly respond to queries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
18. Investigates suspicious and compliance incidents and submit necessary reports to higher management
19. Process and assist in the process of payroll
20. Prepare and submit various HR reports to the stakeholders and senior management to identify the flaws areas and help take effective business decisions.
21. Close coordination with both the employees and the management to ensure the smooth functioning of the company\'s operation.
