Designation : Due Diligence Underwriter (Sr Exec / SME / Lead) Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate Experience : 2 - 10 years of US Residential Mortgage Underwriting experience Working hours : 7:30 pm \xe2\x80\x93 4:30 am IST (100% Work from Office at Chennai) Roles & Responsibilities :
- Loan File Inventory \xc2\xb7
- Credit Review \xc2\xb7
- Fraud Review \xc2\xb7
- Property Valuation Review \xc2\xb7
- Legal Document Review \xc2\xb7
- Regulatory Compliance Review \xc2\xb7
- Servicing History Review \xc2\xb7
- Credit Risk Grading
- Review / Analysis of US Residential Mortgage Loans \xc2\xb7
- Familiar with US Credit Rating Agency Review Standards \xc2\xb7
- Mortgage Loan review Tools, MS office and email skills. \xc2\xb7
- Should be an IMMEDIATE JOINEE (0 \xe2\x80\x93 20 days max)
- Fixed shift
