Description . Create and maintain Safety plan, monitors the functional safety activities\' progress against the plan to pass the Quality Gates . DIA with supplier . Confirmation reviews of FuSa Engineering work products(Item definition, Impact analysis, HARA, FSC, TSC etc.) . Compilation of Safety case. . Perform FuSa audit and assessment . Conduct functional safety audit at the supplier . Create safety culture within organization . Collaborate with project managers, development team, suppliers and customers on Functional Safety . Conduct reviews with product teams to ensure functional safety standards are being met throughout product development cycles Technical skills . Expert in Functional safety system & safety standards - ISO26262, IEC61508 . Expert in DIA, Safety plan, FuSa audit and assessment . Expert in Process Definition, deployment and harmonization . Knowledge in Concept phase development of EE system . Knowledge in creating Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA) . Thorough understanding of FSC, TSC . Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems, Software) . Knowledge on safety analysis(FMEA,FTA etc) . Knowledge on Sensors, Controllers, Actuators, Vehicle Message Matrix and System Architecture . Experience in Product development or ECU/ System development . Thorough understanding of Software/Hardware development lifecycle and methodologies . Knowledge of V & V . Must possess the skills to work and lead FuSa initiatives or topics independently interfacing with various stakeholders including suppliers . Experience in Medini , Doors Tool hands-on. . Experience in Vector Tools (Canoe, CANape), Matlab Simulink will be value addition. Qualifications UG [B.Tech/B.E.] (ECE,EEE) with expert in Functional Safety ISO26262 PG [M.Tech/M.E.(Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent) -with vast experience in ISO26262
