Key duties and Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Support team-lead to build a vehicle dynamic simulation team.
\xc2\xb7 Work independently, lead vehicle dynamic simulation (MBD) team, interact with stakeholder and understand their needs, build MBD models using SIMPACK and deliver projects.
\xc2\xb7 Perform vehicle ride and Handling using SIMPACK and involve in subjective and objective measurements.
\xc2\xb7 Tune or optimize the suspension system for better ride and handling behavior.
\xc2\xb7 Run durability analyses including contact problems.
\xc2\xb7 Show case high level of confidence in simulation results by adopting best practices, guidelines. Also, suggest recommendations to solve issues.
\xc2\xb7 Should take responsibility and ownership of deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
\xc2\xb7 Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
\xc2\xb7 4-5 years of CAE product development with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Simpack
\xc2\xb7 Experience in vehicle dynamics and durability analysis
\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in performing Kinematics and Compliance (K&C) testing, ride comfort studies and vehicle handling using simulations and physical trials.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in developing mathematical models of vehicle system.
\xc2\xb7 Flex body (.fbi files) preparation from FE and its optimization for Simpack analysis
\xc2\xb7 co-simulation between Simpack and MATLAB / SIMULINK
\xc2\xb7 Capable to perform durability analysis using ANSA, Nastran,Perman
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge in different ISO standards with respect to ride and handling behavior
\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
