Designation : CAE Analyst - Durability Education:BE/B.tech/ME/M.tech Experience : 3 to 6 years Job Loc : Pune : (Describe work requirement/Project deliverables) Be a part of highly motivated team working on CAE Durability. Perform component, sub-system and vehicle level analysis. Will need to carry out following task- . FE modeling and assembly CAE analysis (Static - Linear, non-linear, Dynamic - Modal, frequency response, transient response, Fatigue Analysis , Optimization , DOE studies) Evaluate design proposals to determine the performance gaps & risks and suggest design modification towards meeting the requirements Weight and performance optimization with help of analytical tools Interaction with other stakeholders (design, test & CAE groups) Experience: hands on analysis experience at OEM or a subsidiary Good understanding of Strength of Materials, dynamics, Fatigue (Theory & Hands-on) , material science ( metals and non-metals ) Good FE basics Knowledge of vehicle subsystems and full vehicle Analytical ability and shall be good in engineering theory and principles of design . Proficiency in Altair Hypermesh , Ansa , MSC NASTRAN, Abaqus, FEMFAT , Exposure to optimization domain will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office Exposure to PLM is preferred Personal profile: Independent and self-motivated Good planning skills with ability for work-time estimate calculation Organized, accurate and persistent Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
