Product Sales Specialists are experts who sit in-region and will be dedicated to ad product groups, in this role the Specialist will drive growth and adoption of Amazon\'s DSP Features and Solutions. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert in programmatic, have deep industry expertise in AdTech (Supply, Identity, AdServers, etc.) and enjoy solving complex, large scale projects. Product Sales Specialists deploy a combination of both scaled and direct customer support. They execute known working sales plays and innovate through advertiser specific solutions in partnership with Product teams and Sales account teams. Product Sales Specialists play an enablement role and are brought in as needed to close business with high value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.g., 6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to generate revenue through programmatic sales across Video and Display as well as develop custom solutions for clients Manage clients across categories, the pipeline, and establish strategic partnerships working closely with major agencies and brands to develop unique, lasting advertising opportunities in the programmatic space Work closely with internal sales teams to maximize revenue and ensure a consistency around our sales strategy for top advertisers in the category Establish pricing and sales processes for the category in alignment with the GTM team Maintain reporting and forecasting Work with agency team and agencies to drive narrative on ADSP and driving adoption, revenue growth Data driven mindset to identify challenges and accordingly work towards the solve with Account management team on campaign execution A day in the life Work with sales account teams of assigned brands to understand key challenges formulate, basis your understanding, how to enable and solve for these problems structurally Actively participate in client conversations and provide action oriented inputs to both internal teams and clients Work with internal sales, agency team and agency partners to drive ADSP adoption About the team DSP team is responsible for driving overall strategy and adoption for Amazon DSP in the India programmatic ecosystem Team is responsible to help advertisers use the platforms and drive revenue at scale. A new function within the Amazon Ads organization, is expected to bring in next level of growth by way of ADSP adoption both internal and external Basic Qualifications : Basic Qualifications: Digital media sales experience working with agencies and direct to brand Experience of nurturing and growing complex and large client accounts Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment Bachelor\'s degree or equivalentStrong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications : Preferred qualifications: Programmatic sales / understanding
