Role \xe2\x80\x93 This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective sales strategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors or Agency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concerned and the building of relationships with them.
