Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand

DSA and channel partner networks

within the assigned state Establish and maintain relationships with

Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Distributors

Drive

lead generation, revenue targets, and credit quality

Guide field teams on

product positioning, documentation, and risk evaluation

Monitor

market trends, competitor movements, and customer demand

Ensure

smooth onboarding, reporting, and compliance for partners

Frequent travel

within the region for business development and review

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience

in

Sales and Credit

within

Banks / NBFCs / Loan / Distribution Companies

Prior DSA Operations experience highly preferred

Candidates with

NBFC Sales backgrounds

will also be considered Must possess

excellent communication and networking skills

Willing to travel extensively

as part of the job

due to frequent travel and field-intensive responsibilities

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
