The Driver Logistics Team is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our drivers. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, assessing needs, and collaborating with our team to identify solutions. Additionally, you will maintain and improve system performance through ongoing activities. In this role, you will mainly provide support to our drivers through phone and text communication channels. You will also use our communication tools to report important information to the relevant departments, as well as work with spreadsheets and documents to gather and analyze data. As a team-focused position, it is essential that you are detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work well with others. • Ensure orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
