Aufgaben

:

Engineer / Senior Engineer for rollout release \xe2\x80\x93 Radar Base Software and Hardware Engineer

Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking Engineers /Senior Engineer with a strong system and vehicle electronic systems knowledge to work in the areas of Radar component and Driver/Driving Assistance systems.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for resolving Diagnostics issues
• Responsible for Base software release including Variant coding
• Coordination with FuSi, Security, other system teams
• Analysize Network test reports, security test reports, DiVA reports and provide recommendation
• Responsible DTC issue handling
• Close interaction with component responsible and interfaces to plan the Radar Base Software releases
• Testing radars after integration in vehicle and close interaction with supplier in case of issues
• Responsible for Rest bus simulations on Test Bench

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 2-7 years of overall experience; with 1-3 yeas in Automotive domain

Key Skills and Experience:

• Exposure in one of the following areas \xe2\x80\x93 Radar, Radar Functions, Radar based driver assistance systems, Park Assistant Systems , Ultrasonic sensors, Camera Based assistance systems .
• Good understanding of vehicle network architecture.(CAN,Flexray,Ethernet etc).
• Understanding of Autosar standards
• Automotive system engineering and software development experience.
• Knowledge of component or software development processes
• Experience in dealing with colleagues from plant and suppliers
• German language is highly desirable

Tools/Skill Sets:

• Variant coding in Encore (or equivalent)
• Canap\xc3\xa9, Canoe (Test Benches/HIL)
• VN1610(CAN),VN5620(Ethernet),VN7620(Flexray).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Driving skills
• Expertise on automotive radar testing
• Usage of tools \xe2\x80\x93 MS excel, Databases, project planning tools
• Knowhow of control unit software development
• Excellent skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
• Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
