- AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior Design)
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to support our interior design team by creating precise technical drawings for residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design understanding, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to collaborate with designers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for interior design projects using AutoCAD
Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop and refine design concepts
Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, building codes, and project requirements
Revise, modify, and update drawings based on team and client feedback
Maintain organized drawing files, project documentation, and version control
Assist in creating presentations, mood boards, and design proposals
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
3-5 years of experience working on medium to large-scale residential and hospitality projects
Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or in a similar drafting role
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of technical drawing standards
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
Good understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with a design team and meet project deadlines
Knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage
