We\'re looking for a Cloud Engineer to help deliver against the UBS Cloud Strategy with a strong MS bias :

• help migration of on prem app to azure and maintenance
• help manage cloud services that span storage, queuing, security, networking, and monitoring
• help manage azure portal dashboard, policies, log analytics, azure devops, resource manager, subscriptions, graph api for the application
• provide operational support to windows vms, databases, web apps and networks solutions

you will be responsible for providing solutions pertaining to cloud and automating the deployment of components.

Your team

You\'ll be working in Asset Management IT in Pune, specifically Client IT. We are a global team with resources in Pune, India and Zurich, Switzerland.

Your expertise

• deep knowledge of azure resource manager, monitor, alerts, security centre, devops, rbac
• expertise on azure services - storage, containers, devops, aad, networking etc.
• application migration knowledge from on-prem to azure cloud with a view to become a sme
• confident in interacting with developers and deep diving into both application and infrastructure code
• willingness to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas that will remove or reduce manual efforts or reduce costs for maintaining app environments
• scripting skills for use with creation/enhancement of policies, queries, arm templates, programming languages to interface with various api\'s and miscellaneous scripting languages like powershell
• excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• deep understanding of each service across the full it lifecycle, and ready to take requests for infrastructure services, applications, and environments
• hands on experience working in both agile and devops development methodologies
• experience with .net core 2.1/3.1 will be a plus to understand the app code/logic
• good knowledge on sql database
