As an Architect:
\xef\x82\xb7 You will be responsible for the detailed design and the day-to-day running of a software
development team.
\xef\x82\xb7 This will include advising on and contributing to the implementation and delivery of
software components.
\xef\x82\xb7 You will also own, the operational stability of the components you build and be in a position
to affect change to improve the on-going robustness, resiliency and stability of those
components.
\xef\x82\xb7 The role requires proven experience in planning, specifying, developing and deploying high
performance, robust and resilient enterprise applications.
\xef\x82\xb7 To design and develop high-volume, high-performance, high availability-based applications
using proven web technologies
\xef\x82\xb7 To assist in defining the team\'s technical strategy and advising on product roadmaps to
achieve strategic goals
\xef\x82\xb7 To write concise yet comprehensive technical documentation
\xef\x82\xb7 To liaise with the customer & product manager to explore and suggest appropriate technical
solutions to achieve the required product features as well as monitoring technical progress
against plans. While safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance
\xef\x82\xb7 To be responsible for work quality, ensuring it meets the technical standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 To monitor work against the production schedule closely and provide progress updates
internally & externally.
\xef\x82\xb7 Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
\xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong
optimization and functionality.
\xef\x82\xb7 Help team in technical challenges.
\xef\x82\xb7 Code review and deployment, Writing unit test cases.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Restful APIs.

Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 10-15 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years as leading the
development team
\xef\x82\xb7 Development and maintenance of back-end and front-end services
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge in any of the Micro services Framework
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge in creating REST based web services
\xef\x82\xb7 Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Database Design, PostgreSQL query optimization, Performance Tuning
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on working with Docker and Kubernetes
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient understanding of Git
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business
environments
\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and, team-oriented environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Reverse Engineering skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Agile development process & Tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Good to have Hands-on working with AZURE/ AWS/ Cloud

Good to Have:
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Healthcare Domain
\xef\x82\xb7 Valid B1/B2 Visa
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be open to travel onsite for 2 weeks
