XS Worldwide Exhibits, one of the leading, award-winning trade show booth builders and exhibition stand designers across the globe, addresses the face-to-face marketing challenges of companies exhibiting in Germany, Dubai, USA, UK, Spain, France and other parts of the world. XS Worldwide is into the business of complete high end exhibition booth designing and execution for National and International clients all over the world. We also provide various Immersive Technology solutions like AR & VR for an exciting customer engagement experience on the booth.

We are looking for a Domestic Sales Head who will be responsible for selling our productized service of building commercial exhibition booths using beMatrix modular structures.

The beMatrix system is the most sustainable solution for temporary constructions such as exhibits, event walls, indoor & outdoor events and pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Funnel Creation:

Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads and creating a robust sales funnel for beMatrix exhibition booth production in the domestic market.

Utilize market research, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Sales Team Management:

Manage and lead the sales team in the domestic market, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.

Set and monitor individual and team targets, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team.

Business Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth.

Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals.

Regional Performance Monitoring:

Oversee the sales operations in the North, West, and Southern regions of India.

Collect and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Pricing Strategy:

Collaborate with the pricing team to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies for beMatrix exhibition booth products.

Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets for the domestic market.
  • Work closely with finance and senior management to ensure alignment between sales goals and financial objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Key Account Management:

Identify and manage key accounts, cultivating long-term relationships with strategic clients.

Performance Metrics Analysis:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics regularly to assess team and individual performance.

Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Travel:

Be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team in different regions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Prior experience of 10 -15 years in exhibitions/interior/modular furniture/manufacturing/fit outs sales

Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling sales teams.

Ability to meet and exceed substantial sales targets.

Experience in developing and maintaining high-value client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
