Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and growth.
• Identify potential clients within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors and target them effectively.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, especially with Silicone Gaskets, Tubing, and Hoses.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns.
• Attend industry-related events and conferences to promote products and gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on market development and product launch.
• Preferred Product Knowledge: Experience with Silicone Gaskets, Tubing, and Hoses is a significant advantage.
• Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
