Ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience for all candidates.
Offer and Onboarding:
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
Managing the offer acceptance process and ensuring candidates are properly onboarded.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Providing timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
System Maintenance:
Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Staying up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
