Years of experience: 12 years Domain Expertise (30 Weightage) Domain expertise and end-to-end implementation knowledge in one or more areas from the following list is a must. # Warehouse Management(WMS) # Working knowledge of Manhattan WMS, Softeon WMS, NetSuite WMS and so on are preferred # Chain logistics # Working knowledge of Locus, Gravity or any similar COTs solution is preferred # Merchandizing - Working knowledge of any COTs is preferred # eCommerce # SAP Commerce Cloud, S FDC Commerc e Cloud or any other Platforms knowledge is preferred # Distributor management - Working knowledge of any COTs is preferred # PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) - Working knowledge of any COTs is preferred # POS(Point of Sale System) # Ora cle POS, Dy namics 365 or any other POS solution experience is preferred. Consulting Expertise (30 Weightage) # Retail CPG Domain Consulting leader with a sharp business, commercial & analytical acumen, excellent in strategic thinking and problem solving, with a familiarity of key market trends, risks and economic business environments # In-depth expertise of end to end Digital Retail Consumer Supply & Value Chain, industry trends & emerging technologies. Examples include Digital Transformation, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Merchandising, Store Operations & Digital Store, Customer Experience Management & Omni Channel E-commerce, Intelligent Automation, SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics & Cloud) & Process Analytics # Str ong track record of establishing client connects, shaping opportunities, qualifying & constructing leads, RFIs RFPs, developing Service Offerings, creating delivery and financial model & growth oriented Go-to-Market strategy (GTM), adept at Solution Design Bid Management Sales Pursuits & building strong value proposition Solution Architecture (20 Weightage) Following are the some of the key Solution skills expected from this role, should have lead at least 1 solution and successfully taken to production # Proficient with architecture views and architecture styles # Define foundational elements of the Architecture and make Architectural & Technical decisions # Defining the roadmap for cloud migration or migration to a new tech stack.
