Role Overview:

DocuSign Admin and Data Subject Requests Analyst will be part of Technology Services Organization reporting to People Success & Legal services department. Focus of this opportunity is to engage with business stakeholders, customers, and internal departments like application owners to support DocuSign related administrative tasks and data subject requests operations to handle requests within the SLA to help keep our customers and business stakeholders happy and our company compliant with data privacy policies and regulations.

This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

  • Manage and administer DocuSign accounts, user requests, bulk letters
  • Monitor and manage Data Subject Requests (DSR) in ServiceNow tool
  • For new applications in scope for DSR requests, define and configure the approval workflow process in ServiceNow to get the appropriate approvals
  • Update the ServiceNow ticket with all details through the lifecycle of the ticket and communicate back as required through the process
  • Attend weekly/bi-weekly team meetings and provide updates regarding request volume and escalations
  • Translate useraAEURA(TM)s requests into application system solutions. Analyze system user requirements to define and design system configuration, enhancements, and modifications.
About you:a,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve moderately complex situations and issues
  • Ability to create, interpret and understand data flow diagrams
  • Strong understanding of contract management, legal and/or regulatory standards (GDPR etc.)
  • Must have ability to interact with all levels and work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum of supervision.
  • Your background includes 3 to 5 years of DocuSign Administration and Data Privacy Analysis
  • Your background includes Data Governance and Analytics.
