Database and filing:
Create and update databases, manage daily file management, and ensure all documents are filed correctly.
Verification and compliance:
Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure they comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as those for international trade or legal requirements.
Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies, such as shipping companies, to ensure documents are processed correctly and on time.
Administrative support:
Handle clerical tasks like typing, editing, and preparing correspondence and reports.
