II. Coordination with Legal and Regulatory Authorities
Liaise with Sub-Registrar's office, Revenue Department, and other government authorities.
Resolve discrepancies in documentation and ensure timely filings.
Manage retrieval of registered documents and certified copies.
III. Supervision and Quality Control
Supervise Assistant Document Writers, guiding them to maintain legal standards.
Review and approve junior drafts, ensuring error-free and legally binding documentation.
Implement quality assurance and conduct audits of documentation processes.
IV. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of all land-related documents, ensuring secure storage and easy access.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Legal Head on pending transactions, filings, and legal risks.
V. Professional Development and Research
Stay updated on changes in Tamil Nadu land laws, registration procedures, and government regulations.
Conduct legal research to support document preparation and advise on complex matters.
