Job Description

Dear Candidate, Project Document Controller required with manufacturing industry in India. Experience: 5-8years: Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers, setting up project filling systems as per procedure. Maintain tracking system of files, documents and letters. \xef\x82\xb7 Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
\xef\x82\xb7 Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.Coordinate and maintaining the tenders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manual follow up with the clients internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for site office stationary stocks. Ensuring all correspondences regarding financial matters/contractual matters is forwarded to the respective managers
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating with execution/operations team for receipt of documents
\xef\x82\xb7 Custodian of all documents related to safety, quality, project management that must be controlled and kept for audit.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct audits and post audit review meetings and follow up for corrective actions and verification. Vendor registration, maintain all records of Vendors, handling their queries, budget allocation
