Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day administration of the document management system. Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements. Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents, following the programme defined document protocols. Ensuring the team\'s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs. Performing periodic quality checks on the system registers. Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments. Producing quantitative, status, and analysis reports. About you You will have a relevant qualification. You have an experience and knowledge of document control management/systems and working on large projects with a PMC or contractor. You are digitally savvy - an expert user of various planning software. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have experience in large-scale commercial projects. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
