• Provide general health care, Assessment and Management of a broad range of clinical problems in consultation with the doctors treating the patient & nurses, and written protocols. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide appropriate general guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide accident and emergency care, including emergency first aid, stabilization and evacuation of patients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide clinical advice to the patients, attendants and nurses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate and participate in special medical camps and community screening activities periodically. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and other evaluation program to ensure a high quality of clinical care. SPECIFIC CARE \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to medical emergencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver health care to children, women or men, youth, aged and people with disabilities, including ensuring prompt follow-up and recall of patients, in liaison with the doctor treating and nurses assisting in the treatment; and facilitate tracing and treatment of patients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver substance abuse care, nutritional care and mental health care. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide other specialist healthcare, including the arrangement of outpatient appointments and other specific schedules of visiting specialists. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee discharge summaries and allocate patients to the appropriate level of care. COMMUNITY CARE \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver counseling and support to individuals and families on health-related issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to community emergencies if any and support the organization in such initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver environmental healthcare. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver health education and health promotion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the development of health programs and identify areas of deficiencies and closely work with the hospital on such initiatives. MANAGEMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Advocate for rights and needs of individuals, families and community on health-related issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate safe working practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with others to deliver effective health outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide informal training, specifically support and education for nurses, doctors and other allied health staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend staff meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in the implementation of disaster plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise the work of paramedical and nurses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the work schedule from time to time.
