PM: Karthick N 1. Proven ability as Delivery Manager to have spearheaded Banking and Financial Services client engagements in Asia Pacific geographies. 2. Proven ability to meet clients on regular basis on project engagements, resolve their concern s, be a guide to make the engagement inhibitors resolved toward success of the programs. 3. Proven ability to support pre-sales cycles as delivery SPOC # anchoring proposal solutioning, presenting to client, assist sales team in various sales cycle needing delivery support. 4. Lead and manage highly complex Programs within # Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, resourcing and monitoring assigned programs(s) to keep on schedule and on budget. 5. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process, and taking corrective action as necessary 6. Develop strong partnership with the vertical lead to ensure successful delivery of project(s) 7. Demonstrate strong communication skill s with all levels of stakeholders, including client Executives. 8. Able to prepare status risks support needs etc. and present to senior level executives with appropriate level of information duration. 9. Able to manage Teams across multiple vendor organizations, with clear understanding on inter dependencies, ways to resolve them for the better outcome of the program engagements. 10. Manage the relationship between technology and the business at the project level 11. Analyze project risks, issues, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to business and I T leadership. 12. Provide and implement action plans to mitigate risk when applicable 13. Develop detailed project plans to manage the end-to-end project activities, i nterdependencies and execution approach 14. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success 15. Manage financial delivery and issue management processes, escalating issues and variances to budgets where necessary 1 6. Plan and maintain project financial data monthly 17. Build and foster a collaborative working environment amongst project team members 18. Manage multiple integrated complex Enterprise projects simultaneously with no supervision. 19. Sets prio.
