Requirements
Java, Microservices, Spring boot, MS Azure
Minimum 9+ years of software development experience and 2+years as a lead
? Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contribution
? Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities
? Develop and implement an architecture strategy
? Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices, and solutions that meet customer needs
? Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity
? Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts
? Agile/ Scrum/Kanban experience
? Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles
? Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate
? Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices
? Should have working experience on RDBMS / MySQL databases
? Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,
? Should be proficient with Azure services
? Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search)
