Job Expectation and Scope :

- Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned distributors/partnerships. Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

- The aim is to gain scale of economies through bundling of larger product and category portfolios and garner a larger share of the wallet with the distributors/partnerships. In this context, this role will be pivotal in generating market insights and driving the right approach toward enhancing category penetration.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing on markets

2. Look after responsibility for managing and monitoring Trade Marketing Investments as well as initiating execution.

3. Provide marketing assistance to the sales team through the execution of the company schemes.

4. To drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the brand.

5. Driving Campaigns for enhancing brand visibility

6. Ensuring Signage implementation as per norms

7. Capturing & Analyzing Market Intelligence reports & leverage the insights to design innovative & unique schemes & activations for the company

8. Design & timely Roll-out of monthly schemes in line with the allotted budget & business guidelines

9. Develop and lead the Trade loyalty & Incentive programs.

10. Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve effectiveness and impact of activities

11. Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the best-in-class strategies

12. Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales

13. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all investments and initiatives, ensuring growth and high ROI

14. Enable field sales team and channel partners to execute programs to deliver superior outputs

Successful Candidate Profile :

1. Postgraduate from premier institute preferred MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

2. Minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience in handling Trade Marketing

3. Conceptualizing & Designing merchandise for various Trade Marketing activations

4. End-to-end ownership of large-scale Trade Marketing driven activations

5. Develop a strategy for BTL engagements of channels and influencers

6. Excellent Interpersonal and people management skills

7. Strong analytical and networking skills

8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and good at stakeholder management

9. Experience in analyzing large amounts of data and trends

10. Willingness to travel and work with the sales team in Pan India
