Roles and Responsibilities About HPSN:


Haryana Pariwar Suraksha Nyas (HPSN) has been established by Government of Haryana as a Trust under the provisions of the Indian Trust Act, 1862 to consolidate lakhs of beneficiaries of the existing insurance schemes of various Government departments under one roof to avoid duplication of beneficiaries, effective implementation of schemes and saving additional cost to the state exchequer. Earlier the budgets for such insurance schemes were allocated to different departments. Various insurance schemes under urban local bodies, accidental insurance scheme, livestock insurance scheme, disability compensation scheme, insurance scheme for traders, insurance schemes under Women and Child Development among others will be covered under this.


Primary Role :

• To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Team
• Control & Coordination amongst the office team
• Strategic planning
• Initiate Policies & Processes
• Activity Planning
• Execution and overall management for overseeing the daily operations
• Their duties include supervising personnel, providing advice and conflict resolution management to staff, and
• maintaining standard and quality of work

Experience(Minimum Years)

• a. Minimum 10 years experience in insurance sector in case of MBA
• Minimum 5 years experience at the level of Divisional Manager in case of Retd Officer

Qualifications

• MBA Finance OR
• Retd. Officer from insurance company Age limit 65 years.
